The data Graphtreon provides is public information. It is gathered by Graphtreon’s proprietary software from 3rd party sources. Sharing Graphtreon’s data, including screenshots or images of Graphtreon’s website, is allowed provided you credit Graphtreon as the source of said data and/or images. API & Premium Data Usage
If you purchase access to the Graphtreon API or download raw data export files, the following terms also apply:
- License Grant: API keys and raw data exports are licensed exclusively to the purchasing individual or organization for internal, commercial, or academic research use. API keys may not be shared, sold, transferred, or sublicensed to third parties outside the purchasing entity.
- Data Redistribution & Resale: You may not redistribute, resell, or republish Graphtreon’s raw API responses, full database files, or un-aggregated datasets.
- Academic & Replication Datasets: For academic research, publishing derived aggregated variables, summary statistics, or constructed analytical panel models for peer-reviewed journal replication is permitted, provided Graphtreon is credited as the primary data source.
- Acceptable Use & Rate Limits: You agree to abide by all rate limits and API access rules. Attempting to bypass rate limits, scrape endpoints outside your tier, share API credentials, or disrupt service operations will result in immediate termination of API access without a refund.
- Service Level & Uptime: While we strive for maximum service availability, API access is provided on an "as is" and "as available" basis. Graphtreon LLC is not liable for indirect or consequential damages resulting from service interruptions or third-party platform changes.
